The Management Board of Synektik reports that the company has signed an annex to the agreement of 9 July 2021 with Insightec Ltd from Izrael.
By the power of this annex cooperation in Poland will be extended in terms of the exclusive sales of Insightec products for non-invasive neurosurgery using concentrated ultrasound controlled by magnetic resonance (MRgFUS, Exablate Neuro) and cooperation in the Czech Republic and Slovakia will be expanded.
As a result of the expansion of this Agreement, the Synektik Group has become the sole distributor of Insightec products for MRgFUS therapy in Poland, the Czech Republic and Slovakia.
