On 20 January 2026, Synektik’s Ordinary Shareholder Meeting adopted a decision to disburse a dividend of PLN 91.7 million, or PLN 10.75 per share, for the financial year 2024. The shareholders set the dividend record date as 29 January 2026 and the dividend payment date as 2 February 2026.

On 22 January 2025, Synektik’s Ordinary Shareholder Meeting adopted a decision to disburse a dividend of PLN 70.4 million, or PLN 8.25 per share, for the financial year 2023. The shareholders set the dividend record date as 28 January 2025 and the dividend payment date as 31 January 2025.

On 26 February 2024, Synektik’s Ordinary Shareholder Meeting adopted a decision to disburse a dividend of PLN 28.8 million, or PLN 3.03 per share, for the financial year 2022. The shareholders set the dividend record date as 28 January 2025 and the dividend payment date as 8 March 2024.

On 21 February 2023, Synektik’s Ordinary Shareholder Meeting adopted a decision to disburse a dividend of PLN 5.12 million, or PLN 0.60 per share, for the financial year 2021. The shareholders set the dividend record date as 1 March 2023 and the dividend payment date as 9 March 2023.

On 1 February 2022, Synektik’s Ordinary Shareholder Meeting decided on the distribution of profits for the financial year 2020. The shareholders set the dividend record date as 10 February 2022 and the dividend payment date as 18 February 2022.

On 3 March 2020, Synektik’s Ordinary Shareholder Meeting adopted a decision to disburse the first-ever dividend of PLN 3.07 million, or PLN 0.36 per share, for the financial year 2018. The shareholders set the dividend record date as 10 March 2020 and the dividend payment date as 17 March 2020.
