The Management Board recommends that the shareholders adopt a resolution regarding sharing the profits achieved in 2022 financial year and a dividend payment. The owners of the company would receive PLN 3,03 per share.
The Management Board of Synektik are recommending that the amount of PLN 25,8M of the net unit profit is assigned for the dividend payment. In accordance with the recommendation, the date when the rights to dividend are acquired is to be 4th March 2024, and the dividend payment is to take place on 8th March 2024.
The final decision regarding the profit share is to be taken by the Ordinary General Shareholders Meeting.
