Tomasz Wróbel obtained a master’s degree in economics from the University of Economics in Katowice. In addition, he completed courses in management, project management, finance, corporate and general marketing, among others.

1994–1997 – President of the Management Board at BBRAUN Medical Sp. z o.o.
1997–2025 – Vice President, Member of the Management Board at Aesculap Chifa Sp. z o.o.
2021–2025 – President of the Management Board at BBRAUN Business Services
1 October 2025 – present – Member of the Management Board at Synektik SA
Tomasz Wróbel also served as President and Chairman of the Management Board of the Polish Chamber of Commerce for Medical Devices Polmed for three terms in 2004–2006 and 2020–2025.
