Cezary Kozanecki is a graduate of veterinary medicine. In 1986, he graduated from the Warsaw University of Life Sciences – Agricultural Academy in Warsaw.

Cezary Kozanecki has been the President of the Management Board of the issuer continuously since the establishment of Synektik Sp. z o.o., since 1 October 2001, and has been the President of the Management Board of Synektik SA since 11 January 2011.
