As of 1 October 2025, Tomasz Wróbel will become a new member of the management board of Synektik SA and will serve as Chief Operating Officer responsible for standardisation, integration and digital transformation of internal processes.
Tomasz Wróbel previously held management positions in healthcare companies for many years, where he gained experience in sales, service, production and finance, among other areas. He also served three terms as president and chairman of the board of the Polish Chamber of Commerce for Medical Devices (Polmed).
