Record-high revenue and profits. Synektik Group maintains strong momentum

The WSElisted listed provider of advanced medical technologies and manufacturer of radiopharmaceuticals delivered the strongest results in its history for the first half of 2025 fiscal year. During the period from October 2025 to March 2026, Synektik Group increased revenue by 35% year-on-year to PLN 441.2 million, while EBITDA rose by 46% to PLN 118.0 million. The dynamic growth was driven by steadily expanding recurring revenues across both business segments, as well as higher sales of medical equipment.

Consolidated net profit from continuing operations for the first half of FY2025 increased by more than 50% year-on-year to PLN 82.9 million. Total net profit for the period reached PLN 331.3 million, including the results of operations transferred to Syn2bio and the accounting gain on the demerger of this business, amounting to PLN 261.3 million.

The Group’s segment covering sales of advanced medical devices and IT solutions remained the primary growth engine, delivering another period of strong double-digit growth in both sales and profitability. Revenue from medical equipment, IT solutions and maintenance services increased by 36% year-on-year to PLN 413.6 million (excluding intra-group transactions), while segment EBITDA rose by 46% to PLN 121.0 million. The radiopharmaceuticals segment also reported solid performance, with revenue increasing by 17% to PLN 27.5 million (excluding intra-group transactions) and EBITDA rising by 13% to PLN 8.7 million.

A key driver of the Group’s value creation strategy is its growing base of recurring revenues generated from the supply of consumables and accessories, service contracts, and radiopharmaceutical sales under long-term customer agreements. In the first half of FY2025, recurring revenue across both business segments increased by 28% year-on-year to PLN 208.2 million.

We have many reasons to be satisfied with the operational and financial results achieved during the past six months. By consistently executing our strategic objectives, we continue to grow dynamically in our key business areas, increasing sales and improving profitability, among other factors through operating leverage. We are successfully expanding the markets for the innovative medical technologies offered by the Group, not only generating solid sales revenue but also increasing recurring revenue streams through the supply of consumables used with the devices distributed by the Group – comments Cezary Kozanecki, Founder and CEO of Synektik. The CEO also highlighted the Group’s prospects for further growth in the coming quarters and years. – We believe there are strong grounds to expect that the second half of the year will also be marked by dynamic business expansion. This will be supported, among other factors, by the ongoing modernization of Poland’s healthcare system financed through National Recovery and Resilience Plan funds. We continue our geographic expansion by strengthening our presence south of Poland’s border, working on the first deliveries of medical equipment to the Baltic markets, and preparing for the full launch of our operations in Ukraine as a distributor of da Vinci systems. Product and geographic diversification, combined with growing recurring revenues that account for an increasing share of the Group’s results, provide a solid foundation for long-term value creation – adds Cezary Kozanecki.

During the first half of FY2025, the Group secured contracts for the supply of medical equipment worth PLN 311 million, more than double the value of orders won in the corresponding period of the previous fiscal year. The Group entered the second half of the year with an equipment delivery backlog and active sales projects valued at nearly PLN 280 million.

Following an exceptionally busy spring, an equally demanding summer lies ahead. Thanks to our continuously expanding and strengthening team, as well as the growing efficiency of our organization, we are able to simultaneously compete successfully for new contracts, execute a record project pipeline, and work on bringing additional innovative products to market, such as the Edison system, which enables completely non-invasive and highly effective destruction of liver tumours and other soft-tissue lesions – comments Dariusz Korecki, Vice President of Synektik.

The Vice President also emphasized the Group’s strong financial foundations. – During the past six months, Synektik S.A. paid shareholders a record dividend of PLN 91.7 million, equivalent to PLN 10.75 per share. In addition, as part of the completed spin-off of the Group’s innovative radiopharmaceutical R&D activities into the publicly listed company Syn2bio S.A., we provided the new entity with the financial resources necessary to support its development. Thanks to strong operating cash flows, we ended the period with net debt below 0.1x the Group’s EBITDA for the last twelve months and with a positive outlook for generating substantial cash flows in the coming quarters – points out Dariusz Korecki.
