The Management Board of Synektik reports that the Company has concluded a significant agreement with Szpital Bielański im. ks. J. Popiełuszki Samodzielny Publiczny Zakład Opieki Zdrowotnej [J. Popiełuszka Bielan Hospital, Independent Public Health Care Center] with its registered office at ul. Cegłowska 80, 01-809 Warsaw.
This agreement pertains to the supply, assembly, installation and commissioning of the da Vinci robotic surgery system for the Hospital along with accompanying equipment, staff training and maintenance care. This agreement was concluded as a result of a public tender proceeding conducted in the form of an unlimited tender for the net amount of PLN 16,802,022.28.
